Services Provided

Cleavage Clinic offers a range of beauty and aesthetic breast services, including but not limited to non-surgical body enhancement treatments, consultations, and related services. All services are performed by qualified professionals.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access and use our services. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Appointment Booking & Cancellation

Appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting our clinic directly. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. To secure your appointment, Cleavage Clinic collects credit card information at the time of booking. This card is used only in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

• If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up, a fee will be charged to the card on file.
• The fee is $50 for consultations or laser treatments, and $250 for all other service treatments.
• We provide a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, it will be considered a no-show and the applicable fee will be charged.
• You will not be charged if you attend your appointment as scheduled.

Health and Medical History

Before undergoing any treatments, you will be required to take a Good Faith Exam and provide a thorough medical history, including any allergies, previous surgeries, or other health conditions that may affect your suitability for treatment. It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant information. Cleavage Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if there are any health risks that may affect your safety.

Right to Refuse Treatment

Cleavage Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment to any individual at our discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to health, safety, or suitability concerns. This decision may be based on the results of your medical history, Good Faith Exam, previous treatments, or any other factors deemed relevant by our clinical team. Refusal of treatment does not entitle the client to a refund of any payments made.

Consent for Treatment

By proceeding with any treatment, you give your explicit consent for the procedure(s) and acknowledge that you understand the risks involved. Your consent will be obtained through a written agreement before treatment begins.

Risks & Results

While we strive to provide the highest quality service and care, all aesthetic treatments carry some level of risk. Results may vary between individuals, and no guarantees or warranties are made regarding the outcome of any procedure.

Payments & fees

Payment for services or financing commitment is due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise specified. We accept a variety of payment methods. All prices are subject to change without prior notice, but we will inform you of any price changes before your treatment.

Cleavage Clinic accepts the following payment methods: 

• All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• Cash
• Financing through PatientFi for eligible clients

Refund Policy

All payments made to Cleavage Clinic are final and non-refundable. This includes individual treatments, prepaid packages, and membership fees. Once payment has been processed, we will not issue refunds under any circumstances. Clients are encouraged to carefully review their treatment plans and appointments prior to payment.

Confidentiality and Privacy

We respect your privacy. All personal and medical information provided to us will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of your treatment. Cleavage Clinic follows strict data protection policies in line with relevant laws to ensure the safety of your information.

Personal Responsibility

You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by Cleavage Clinic and to inform us promptly if you experience any unusual symptoms or reactions following treatment. You also acknowledge that failing to follow aftercare instructions may lead to complications or unsatisfactory results, for which Cleavage Clinic is not liable.

Limitation of Liability

Cleavage Clinic is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Modification to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Changes will be posted on our website, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York in which Cleavage Clinic operates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved within the applicable legal jurisdiction.
